Fundraising Exhibition April 2- May 9, 2010

Participating in celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month 2010 and to generate funding for materials and sources for Asian American Studies collections at the Purdue University and Indiana University libraries.  The exhibition is intended to raise awareness and understanding of the Asian American community.

Come and see some of your favorites on display along with a few new pieces at the Fort Ben Harrison in Indianapolis on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 10-11:30 a.m. in celebration of Women's History Month.  Hope to see you there!  Location information as follows:

Participated in the "Bountiful Bowls:  Imagine a World Without Hunger" Program - part of the Sidney Maurer Memorial Feed the Hungry Fund of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck in partnership with Christ Church Cathedral, Eiteljorg Museum, Gleaners Food Bank, Herron School of Art, Indianapolis Art Center, Second Presbyterian Church, St. Luke's United Methodist Church and SS Peter and Paul Cathedral.  This program was part of Spirit and Place Festival in Indianapolis, IN. - Showing October 13, 2008 - November 12, 2008.  Auction was held November 13, 2008.  Proceeds from Auction submitted to Gleaners Food Bank.

Donated Artwork "The Bridesmaids" to the Lafayette MOM's Club Southeast Chapter for Auction to help benefit the following:  Lafayette Firefighter "Shop with a Fireman" Program, Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic, The Heartford House, Red Cross, Wea Fire Department, Local Teen Mops, CASA, Matrix, and YWCA.  Auction was held on September 29, 2008 at the Lafayette Country Club.
